A question is where it starts.

Possible lines of enquiry. The questions that matter most would be defined with your team.

01

Is the average ticket getting more expensive?

Follow the amount actually paid per ticket, including fees. Compare category-level trends as well as the headline average to understand the role of changing event mix.

02

What share of tickets cost under AED 100?

Inspect the share of tickets in each price band. Where affordability is a relevant question, the distribution gives more context than an average alone.

03

How do our prices compare with the region?

Compare equivalent categories and periods across the available geography. Keep the currency, fee treatment and market coverage in view when interpreting differences.

Know what you are looking at.

The current view uses paid orders in AED. Average paid price is not a posted face value or a direct measure of household affordability. Free tickets are outside a paid-price distribution.

How it works

Fare follows what people actually pay per ticket, fees included: the monthly average, the share of tickets in each price band and how that mix moves year on year, category by category and against the region.
